Three simple steps help us get to know you, your pets, and their routine.
Start with a Discovery Call
Tell us a little about yourself and your pets, including your contact details and ZIP code. Then book a 15-minute discovery call to discuss your pet care needs and our initial availability.
Complete Your Profile
After we’ve discussed your needs and confirmed we’re a good fit, we’ll send you a Time To Pet setup link. Complete your client information and a profile for each pet, then securely add your care instructions, veterinary information, and home access details.
Meet Us and Confirm Care
We’ll meet your pets and review the care plan to make sure everything feels right. Then review your invoice and complete payment. Your care is booked once we send written confirmation.
